Modalities
I specialize in a variety of treatment services that work to address the root causes of discomfort of pain, not just the symptoms. Modalities include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Orthopedic Massage. These treatments can/will be used singly or combined in whichever ways will suit your needs and wants best, whether you want to relax or if you have specific wellness goals. Swedish Massage Therapy
The most common type of massage. It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage Therapy
A group of massage techniques designed to access multiple layers of muscle and fascia to improve alignment, reduce levels of resting tension, and create more efficient postural and movement patterns.
Orthopedic Massage Therapy
The use of alignment and release techniques to restore structural balance and help prevent and rehabilitate musculoskeletal dysfunction.
Myofascial Release Massage Therapy
Myofascial release is a manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in the connective tissues called fascia which surround the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs of the body. Points of restriction in the fascia can place a great deal of pressure on nerves and muscles causing chronic pain.
Mobile Massage Services
Tailored massages in your own home combining the modalities listed above.
There is a $40 travel/setup-fee per trip for the areas listed below.
It is more economical if you schedule multiple people for massage during the same trip.
eg: 3-90 minutes massages ($125 x 3 = $375) + $40 = $415.
Serving the local areas of : Port Townsend, Cape George, Chimmicum, Port Hadlock, Port Ludlow, Indian Island and Marrowstone Island. Please inquire if you are located outside of these areas.
30 Minute In-Home Massage
Thirty minutes of massage using a mix of modalities that are tailored to your needs. A perfect amount of time to target one specific area.
$45.00 + travel/set-up fee (see above under "Mobile Massage"
90 Minute In-Home Massage
One hour and a half of massage using a mix of modalities that are tailored to your needs. Enough time for a full body massage and some targeted focus areas or useful for getting deeper into areas that you would like more work on.
$125.00 + travel/set-up fee (see above under "Mobile Massage"
60 Minute In-Home Massage
One hour of massage using a mix of modalities that are tailored to your needs. Enough time for a full body massage or useful for focusing on those areas that you would like more work on.

2 Hour In-Home Massage
Two hours of massage using a mix of modalities that are tailored to your needs. Enough time for a full body massage and some targeted focus areas or useful for getting deeper into areas that you would like more work on.

2 Hour In-Home Hot Stone Massage
Two hours of massage using a mix of hands and smooth, heated, basalt stones gathered from one of my favorite places along the Oregon coast. The heat from the stones warms your muscles and may relive tension and pain while stimulating blood flow to the area.
$165.00 + travel/set-up fee (see above under "Mobile Massage"
